Greetings, fellow travelers on the longevity journey. My name is Rick Riecker. Welcome to my blog. I am happy you have joined me. I have created this blog for one purpose: to serve you. I have committed my life to service. To serve is to help others become healthier and happier. In this blog, I share soul secrets, wisdom, knowledge and practical techniques to serve your longevity journey. My wish is for you to experience what I have experienced over the past ten years: healing, rejuvenation and transformation of every aspect of life.

My soul healing miracle journey began about ten years ago, when I met my spiritual teacher, Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha. I use the words “soul healing” in my blog title to honor the sacred process and path that has so miraculously served my longevity journey thus far. This process can be stated in one sentence. It is one of Master Sha's key trademark statements: Heal and transform the soul first; then healing and transformation of every aspect of life will follow. How does soul healing and soul transformation work: Soul leads heart. Heart leads mind. Mind leads energy. Energy leads matter.

The longevity journey is not an easy journey. It is the journey of healing the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies. It is the journey of love, forgiveness, compassion and light. It is the journey of purifying and enlightening soul, heart, mind and body. It is the journey to remove ego, selfishness, greed, and much more. It is the journey of service. Humanity is waiting for our service. The animals are waiting for our service. Mother Earth is waiting for our service. To serve is to help remove suffering. But, in order to be a powerful servant to help remove suffering, we must first remove our own suffering.

In this blog, I will focus on identifying the various blockages that cause suffering in all aspects of life. I will help you to remove these blockages. To remove blockages is to become healthier and happier. It is to help raise the frequency and vibration of our beloved planet. It is to join hearts and souls together in love, peace and harmony. My wish is for you to join me on this journey. We can heal, rejuvenate, transform and serve together. Absorb the wisdom and knowledge. Do the practices with me. The theory is the yin. The practice is the yang. Always do yin and yang together. This is one of the top secrets of healing, rejuvenation and longevity. To follow the universal law of yin yang is to follow nature’s way.

And so, my fellow travelers, let us follow nature's way and begin this miraculous journey of healing, rejuvenation and longevity together.
