What Is Xiu Lian?

Let me begin by summarizing the key points in blogpost #1.
Here is the essence:

·      The purpose of life is to serve, which is to help others become healthier and happier.
·      To serve unconditionally is to gain good virtue (spiritual currency) in your Akashic Record book.
·      Good virtue benefits all aspects of life.
·      To serve poorly is to gain negative virtue.
·      Negative virtue creates blockages in all aspects of life, in order for you to learn lessons.
·      Purification of soul, heart, mind and body (Xiu Lian) is the key to removing blockages in order to become an unconditional universal servant.

Xiu Lian (purification of soul, heart, mind and body)

“Xiu” (pronounced sheo) means purification and “Lian” (pronounced lyen) means practice.
Purification practice is the same as longevity practice. What does it mean to purify soul, heart, mind and body? To purify means to remove blockages in all aspects of life, including health, relationships, finances, and more.

What is soul? Soul is the same as spirit. It is a golden light being that resides in your body. For most people, the soul sits at the level of the navel or below. Everyone and everything has a soul. For everything in the universe, the soul is the essence of that thing. The soul carries all the wisdom you have gained from all your lifetimes.

What are soul blockages? Soul blockages are negative karma that one and one's ancestors have created in all lifetimes. Karma is your record of services, including good services and bad services. The significance of purifying the soul is you are clearing negative karma.
Heal and transform the soul first; then healing and transformation of every aspect of life will follow. – Master Zhi Gang Sha

What is heart? The heart’s function is awareness. The heart must be purified to receive the true message from the soul and pass it to the mind. Therefore, the heart is vital to accomplishing all of one’s dreams and tasks in life.

What are heart blockages? Heart blockages include selfishness, greed, desire for fame or money, unworthiness and more. The significance of purifying the heart is to be able to offer more love, forgiveness, compassion, light, honesty, integrity, generosity, unconditional service, and more.

What is mind? Mind means consciousness. It includes superconsciousness, subconsciousness, unconsciousness and more. The mind receives guidance from the heart and puts it into action.

What are mind blockages? Mind blockages include negative mind-sets, beliefs, attitudes, attachments, ego, and more. The significance of purifying the mind is that if our mind is pure, then it will receive the heart’s message well and put it into the right action. Actions that include openness, love, forgiveness, compassion, humility, grace, sincerity, honesty and more, reflect a pure mind.

What is body? Body includes the energy body and the matter body.

What our body blockages? Body blockages include energy blockages and matter blockages, such as tumors, cysts, inflammation and more. The significance of purifying the body is that when we heal and prevent sickness, we begin to develop a light body. A light body contains a higher vibrational frequency that is resistant to sickness. When this is achieved, the divine qualities of the soul and heart (love, forgiveness, compassion and light) radiate throughout every organ, system, cell, RNA, DNA. Your body will be a conduit of divine qualities. People will receive healing blessings to transform their own body’s frequency and vibration simply by being in your presence. This is a form of high-level service you are offering to humanity as a result of your purification practice.

The significance of putting our greatest effort to do purification practice is that finally our soul, heart, mind and body can realize the ultimate truth, which is Tao. Tao is The Source. Tao is The Way of all life. Tao is the universal principals and laws.

In one sentence:

The longevity journey is the journey to reach Tao.

With love and light,

Rick
